All our hard-standing pitches are 9m x 9m

Whenever possible, your pitch will be ready by 12.30pm on arrival day. When you get here, please use the arrivals area provided at the entrance to the park. This space is available after midnight on the first day of your holiday. If you arrive before midnight, you will be asked to pay for that night’s stay. To avoid disruption to other guests, the latest time you can move onto your pitch is 10pm on your arrival day. If for any reason you do not arrive on the date booked, and if you haven’t let us know that you are still coming, the pitch may be re-let from 6pm on the next day.

We will try our hardest to allocate the pitch of your choice, but acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch.

Your pitch number and directions to it will be confirmed on arrival. If you are in any doubt about whether you are on the correct pitch, please check with a member of staff, as you are likely to need to move if you are on the wrong pitch.

While we’ll do our best to help, if you would like to extend your stay beyond the booked date we are unable to guarantee that the same pitch will be available.

On your departure day, you will need to have completely vacated your pitch by 11am, so that we can have the pitch ready for the next guest by 12.30pm. If your pitch is not booked, we may be able to offer a late departure for a small fee, please contact reception for details.

Additional Terms & Conditions relating to Coronavirus

Cancellation due to Coronavirus:

We recognise that holidaying in the context of Coronavirus has additional uncertainties, and you may feel concerned about the possibility of needing to cancel your holiday.

If you are unable to visit due to government travel restrictions; due to becoming unwell or being asked to self-isolate due to contact with someone with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, we will provide you with credit to the value of your balance, to be used during a future holiday with us, booked within 2 years.

We recognise a cash refund may be preferable and should the cancellation be due to the government’s travel restrictions, then we will refund all your monies, if you do not wish to re-book within the 2 year option.

We still strongly recommend taking out your own travel insurance, as no refund shall be given in respect of the remainder of your holiday in the event you need to depart for other reason, and policies can now be obtained to cover Coronavirus.

Protecting guests, staff and local residents:

You must not travel to Meadow Springs Country & Leisure Park, if you have symptoms which may suggest Coronavirus, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or loss of smell (‘anosmia’). Please remain at your home address, and follow government guidance on self-isolation and testing.

For the safety of other guests and staff, you may not self-isolate at Meadow Springs Country & Leisure Park. You should respond promptly to any suspected symptoms of Coronavirus to seek a test or immediately return home. We will help you to arrange transport if you are unable to make your way independently, but you would be responsible for the cost of this or consequential loss to the following guest if their break has to be cancelled or curtailed due to a delay in your departure, where we cannot provide them with alternative accommodation.

You must inform us if you or your party develop symptoms, so that we can consider any immediate actions required to help reduce the risk to others. You must also let us know if you have a positive test result, during or after returning from your stay, so that we can support the Track and Trace process.

We will provide information before arrival, at check-in, and displayed around the park, to detail the measures in place to promote the safety of guests and staff, guided by Government advice at that time.

We’ll take every effort not to, but we may need to make alterations to or withdraw certain amenities or facilities to ensure guest safety, following risk assessment, government and local authority guidance.

By making or continuing with this booking, you agree that you and members of your party will follow this guidance. Parties refusing to comply with safety requirements may be asked to leave the park, without refund.
